We know at Change-In-Mind that in general men are reluctant to seek support for mental or emotional health problems, preferring to figure them out alone.

Guys  - having depression does not mean that you are weak. Here at Change-In-Mind we support and MENtor you in

1. Reviewing the issues that are troubling you.

2. Identifying your goals and objectives.

3. Sorting through available resources and helping you decide where to begin.

4. Developing an action plan.
